Girdwood Rotary Club’s

2^nd Annual Avalanche Express!

Imagine thousands of golf balls as a sea of miniature buffalo stampeding down a steep, frozen slope in the pristine wooded setting of beautiful Mount Alyeska.  Which of the thundering herd will reach sanctuary first, providing its sponsor with 25% of the total money from ticket sales?

Avalanche Express immediately follows the annual Spring Carnival Slush Cup at Alyeska Ski Resort.  Raffle tickets may be purchased for $5 each from any Girdwood Rotary Club member.  Call Ken Hatch at (907) 783-3323 or Ron Burson at (907) 783-3893 for information or ticket purchase.

*  Numbered white golf balls matching numbered raffle tickets are launched from mid-point on the Chair 3 ski lift area and the first ball to enter a cup at the bottom takes home the prize. Last year’s winner took home more than $1400.
